We are looking for you who have another main occupation of at least 50% and are flexible to work different days and times during the week. We also expect you to have the possibility to cover a few weeks during the summer on a full-time basis when regular staff goes on vacation. The work can be physically demanding, so it is important that you are in good physical condition. Safety awareness is crucial in the work; you have the ability to see the big picture and always prioritize safety.

About the assignment

We are looking for extra staff for the Lead Production, where forklift driving will be your main task. The work may also involve some preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and cleaning.

Education/Qualifications

As a candidate, we see you with a secondary education focused on process, industry, or technology. Experience in industrial and shift work, as well as experience with preventive maintenance, is meritorious. You have a personality characterized by curiosity, technical interest, and are solution-oriented to continuously optimize the process.

As a person, you are enthusiastic, take responsibility, and have a personal commitment to the work. You are flexible and have good skills in communicating and collaborating with people at all levels, both individually and in groups. Most importantly, you have a strong safety mindset and understand the importance of safety being A-O (Always On).

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

Important for the position:

• Another main occupation of at least 50%. (In case of studies, we prefer that you have at least 2 years left of your education.)
• Good physical condition
• Driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing
• Forklift license A+B and driving experience

Meritorious for the position:

• Previous experience and knowledge in process monitoring, PLC control, and automation
• Overhead crane license
• Previous experience in heavy industry

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Before appointment, you will need to provide a blood sample and undergo a medical examination showing that you are fit for lead work, as well as undergo alcohol and drug testing.

You will be employed as a consultant at Adecco Student, which offers extra work for you with another main occupation, such as studies or other work. Selection and recruitment take place continuously with immediate appointment upon agreement.

As a traveling consultant, you are employed by Adecco but perform work at our client companies, where the workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area or department.
