About the position

As a nursing assistant, you will have a significant role in the lives of our residents. In this role, you will work with usual tasks for a nursing assistant. Delegation from the nurse regarding medication, wound dressing, and sampling is also something you perform. The position requires computer skills as documentation and signing are done digitally. The position is permanent at 75% and includes daytime hours with work every other weekend and approx. one evening per week.

About our offer:

We offer a wellness allowance of 5000 SEK per year via Epassi.

About you

For this position you need:

• To be a trained nursing assistant with a certificate of protected professional title.
• Good or very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.

It is meritorious if you also have:

• Experience of mental illness, dementia, and geriatric diseases.
• Finnish as a spoken language.

As a person, you are flexible, secure, and have personal maturity. You have empathy in the meeting with other people and a genuine interest in working within the profession. You have good cooperation skills, are used to taking responsibility, initiative, and handling stressful situations.
