About the role:

As a sales assistant at Coop, you are a key figure in the daily rhythm of the store. You meet our customers with warmth, curiosity, and a genuine interest in food. You inspire sustainable choices and contribute to creating a store where the customer experience is at the center.

Your responsibilities include:

• Creating a world-class customer experience – with joy for food, inspiration, and personal service.
• Picking goods, fronting shelves, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and inspiring.
• Working with campaigns, signage, and seasonal adjustments.
• Handling cash register duties and self-scanning.
• Being part of a team where we learn from each other and celebrate successes together.

Who are you?

You are a team player with energy, engagement, and an eye for the customer's needs. You may have experience from service or retail, but most importantly, you have the willingness to learn and contribute. Multilingualism and interest/experience with different cultures are also advantageous.
