We are looking for a Data Coordinator for an authority within the transport sector.

This is a consultancy assignment. Location is Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The role of Data Coordinator involves supporting projects within the subway system by taking responsibility for CAD and data coordination, document management, as well as inventory and investigation of technical documentation. The role ensures that the handling of technical documents follows established processes and contributes to a standardized way of working with correct and uniform documentation in close collaboration with project managers, technical experts, and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of digital and physical construction documents from design to production
• Work according to established processes for case and document management of technical documents
• Coordinate review documents and collect and compile review comments
• Ensure that facility documentation follows defined processes for check-in/check-out and review
• Ensure that the project's technical documentation is available in Avima and follows the established folder structure
• Responsible for the delivery of as-built documents and operation and maintenance data to the respective owners
• Administer and minute data coordination meetings with design suppliers
• Report to the project manager and coordinate with other project members
• Participate in project-related meetings to follow the progress of the activity
• Coordinate external design suppliers within the project
• Ensure updated documentation in archives, relay rooms, and electrical centers

Requirements (OBS, mandatory)

• University degree or other relevant education equivalent to at least 3 years of university studies
• At least 2 years of documented experience from the design process in a client organization
• At least 2 years of documented experience working with CAD and/or BIM as well as various modeling programs (e.g., AutoCAD & Microstation)
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of experience in management related to rail-bound traffic.
• At least two (2) years of experience working in systems that handle public records and diarization
