Grönborgs Bygg is a sales company. We are out in the real world making deals every day. Solar panels, batteries, roofs, windows, heat pumps. We sell, design, and deliver for real!

Over two generations, we have sold and delivered more than 5,000 projects throughout Sweden, and now we are accelerating to the next level.

We now need more people who have the energy to deliver and want to be part of our journey!

What you will do:

• Sell and design solar power systems, energy storage, window replacements, roof replacements, and heat pump installations (residential and agricultural).
• Drive your own deals from first contact to closing.
• Work with door-to-door sales, meetings, and leads.
• Take responsibility for customer relations and the deal throughout the entire process.
• Contribute to the team – we build together.

Who you are

We care less about your CV, but:

• You are comfortable talking to people (and yes, even cold calling).
• You like money and are willing to work for it.
• You take responsibility and don't blame the weather, the market, or "the leads".
• You have guts – this is not a 9-to-5 job where everything is served on a plate.

Plus points if you:

• Have sales experience.
• Know something about construction, electricity, or solar energy.
• Have a driver's license (otherwise it will be very difficult).
