Deputy Sales Manager, Charcuterie & Fresh – ICA Kvantum Vallentuna

We are now looking for a Deputy Sales Manager for our Charcuterie & Fresh department (packaged fresh products; meat, poultry, fish, charcuterie, cheese, and ready-to-eat meals). You will work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Director – planning, purchasing, and developing the department and its staff.

As Deputy Sales Manager in our Charcuterie & Fresh department, you ensure that daily deliveries are stocked in the store, while also taking care of our customers and keeping track of purchasing, campaigns, and key figures. A lot happens in a day, so you need to be solution-oriented and thrive in an environment with high customer contact!

Together with the Sales Manager, you will:

• Ensure that daily deliveries are stocked in the store.
• Develop the department with a focus on sales and customer experience.
• Be responsible for purchasing, campaigns, planning, and assortment.
• Train, coach, inform, and inspire your colleagues.
• Lead and distribute daily tasks.
• Ensure a clean and tidy department.
• Take responsibility for customer service in the department and in the store.

Working hours/duration:

Start date: August or as agreed. Part-time, 34 hours/week, probationary period of 6 months. Work every other weekend. You need to be open to working during all our opening hours.
