About the role

As a rental specialist, you are the hub of the operation. You are responsible for helping customers find the right solution, booking machinery, and ensuring that the rental process runs smoothly, including follow-up and closure. You work closely with both customers and colleagues – and ensure that everything works from inquiry to delivery.

Main responsibilities

• Receive and handle customer inquiries
• Rent out machinery and equipment
• Ensure availability and planning
• Provide advice on the right solution
• Follow up on business and ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with different departments and other rental centers
• Receive returned machinery and materials
• Invoice verification

Location: Our rental center in Länna, Stockholm.

Who are you?

You have experience from customer service, sales, or machinery rental. You take responsibility, are structured, enjoy order and clarity, and contribute to good collaboration. We believe you like machinery and understand the construction industry, so you can help our customers in the best possible way.
