Our client is a well-known Nordic company with a large internal IT environment and many users in the business. The position begins as a consultancy assignment through us at Mero, with good opportunities for long-term employment with the client.
About the Role
In this role, you will work broadly with internal first-line support and daily user support in a modern Microsoft environment. You will be a key part of the operations, helping users with everything from client management and account administration to troubleshooting hardware, software, and various IT-related issues.
Your tasks include installing and configuring computers, onboarding/offboarding, administration in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, as well as support regarding networks, printers, and mobile devices. The role offers great variety, handling both simple support tickets and more complex troubleshooting.
You will also work systematically with ticket management, documentation, and follow-up, while maintaining ongoing contact with users, colleagues, and external suppliers. This is a broad role with significant responsibility and good opportunities for technical development over time.
About You
We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in IT support or a service desk who thrives in a role with high user interaction. You enjoy problem-solving, are technically curious, and like helping others in a pedagogical and solution-oriented way. We would like you to have:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and user administration
- Good proficiency in troubleshooting in client and user environments
- Experience with ticket management systems
- Good Swedish and English skills, both written and spoken
Experience with Entra ID, Azure, networks, or mobile devices is considered a merit.
