To our newly renovated store in Haninge Centrum, we are looking for a passionate Licensed Optician with strong drive, positive energy, and contagious joy. We are looking for someone who thrives on customer interactions and wants to create fantastic customer experiences in a modern and inspiring environment.

As your direct manager, you will work with me, Vanessa. I know how important it is to have the right leadership around you, and with me, you will have a coaching and attentive manager who will provide you with plenty of energy, support, and a strong focus on your professional development.

What does the role involve? As an optician at Synsam, you are the heart of our operations. You listen, understand, and guide our customers to the best possible solutions for their vision and eye health. With state-of-the-art equipment, your main task is to carefully conduct eye examinations and prescribe and recommend visual aids to our customers at the highest clinical level.

You will become part of an engaged team consisting of a Store Manager and Style and Customer Advisors – together, you will inspire our customers to make successful purchases and make their experience with us something to remember.

We are looking for an optician who:

• ✨ Values meeting people and building strong, long-term customer relationships.
• ✨ Is attentive to customer needs and has a pronounced focus on quality.
• ✨ Communicates pedagogically and confidently with customers.
• ✨ Is responsible and solution-oriented.
• ✨ Holds an optician license – with or without a Master's degree (DO).
