As a Group Manager, your primary task is coaching. This means you are a role model for your employees and, through your strong engagement, you create a good working atmosphere in the team every day.
Leadership: The role involves ensuring close leadership and providing support. You have personnel and planning responsibility for your work group and are involved in developing and quality-assuring operations in accordance with Attendo Way.
The role includes creating a learning culture through a coaching and leading approach, for example regarding digital tools, processes, and work methods. You do this by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, giving feedback, and confirming your employees in their daily work. You have several Group Manager colleagues, and you collaborate, bounce ideas off each other, and exchange experiences.
Involvement: As a Group Manager, you report to the Operations Manager and have the opportunity to influence through your participation in the local management group.
Job Description
The job involves working in and leading the team where you secure HSL staffing so that there is coverage 24/7 within SÄBO (Special Housing for the Elderly) and LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) around Northern Stockholm.
- Permanent position
- Working hours during on-call duty
- Start date by agreement
- Driver's license is a requirement
- Responsible for daily operations and planning for your team
- Personnel responsibility; recruitment, onboarding of new employees, development discussions
- Responsible for holding meetings continuously
- Participation in the local management group
- Take advantage of employees' comments and suggestions to develop and improve operations
- Motivate the work group and give feedback in a positive spirit within care work
- Lead and shape work based on the best available knowledge
- Participate in operational planning and follow-up
- Appoint mentors/supervisors and participate in the supervision of students and employees
- Registered Nurse is a requirement

Competency Requirements
You are educated as a Nurse, have good computer skills, and speak and write fluent Swedish.
Experience from mobile teams/on-call teams and leadership is meritorious for this role. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
