Order Picker at GameShop – Sveavägen 14, Stockholm

GameShop is an established family business with roots dating back to the 1990s. We are specialists in video games, gaming, merch, gadgets, collectibles, and accessories within gaming and entertainment. Our customers can find everything from classic Nintendo 64 products to the latest games and accessories for the PlayStation 5.

We operate both an e-commerce platform and a popular physical store at Sveavägen 14 in Stockholm. We are now looking for a careful and engaged colleague to join our team as an order picker.

About the role

As an order picker, you are responsible for handling orders coming in through our e-commerce site. You pick products from the shelves, register and process the order in our system, and then pass the products on for packing.

Your most important responsibility is to ensure that the correct product is sent to the right customer, in the right condition, and with high quality throughout the entire process.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues in warehouse, purchasing, and retail to ensure that every order is handled as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Responsibilities

The role includes among other things:

• Picking products based on incoming web orders
• Checking that the correct product is picked and that the item is in good condition
• Registering and processing orders in our system
• Passing orders on for packing
• Collaborating with warehouse, purchasing, and store staff
• Assisting with customer service, primarily via incoming emails
• Supporting other store and retail tasks as needed
