Are you looking for a fun and educational summer or part-time job? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you at Biltema Botkyrka! We are currently looking for a group of stars who want to work with us this summer, both in the café and in the store.

As a Store Associate at Biltema, you are a central part of the customer experience. Your workday involves varied tasks and departments, always with a focus on service. You ensure that our 19,000 articles are well-stocked and fronted, and in the café, you work with sales, deliveries, and maintaining a pleasant environment.

Wherever you are in the store, you interact with customers – whether you are restocking goods, working at the checkout, assisting in customer service, or serving in the café. You are happy to share your knowledge to help customers find the right products at a good price. No two days are alike, and we enjoy solving tasks and challenges in a simple way.

If you show initiative, there are good opportunities for part-time work during the autumn and winter as well.

About you

Customer time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to read the customer's needs. Therefore, we are looking for you who is a dedicated service-oriented person with the customer in focus. You enjoy a fast-paced work environment where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you like to take matters into your own hands, see what needs to be done, and want order and cleanliness around you. Personal suitability is highly valued, as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English.

Experience from retail, preferably within customer service, checkout, and claims handling, is meritorious. Since café work is included in all positions, we also value experience from the restaurant industry. To quickly get into the role, we appreciate a burning interest in our assortment and product areas, or café operations.
