To one of our largest rental stations at the Central Station, we are now looking for several service-oriented Car Rental Agents/Car Care Specialists who want to be part of a dynamic workday where no two days are alike. Flexibility towards our customers is very important to us, which means working hours will vary throughout the week between 06:00–22:00.
About the role
As a Car Rental Agent/Car Care Specialist with us, you play a central role in the customer's overall experience – from the first contact and car handover to the return. Your mission is to create a smooth, secure, and positive rental process where both the customer and the car are the focus.
You will assist the customer throughout their car rental, including tasks such as:
- Handling bookings and customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Renting out cars and preparing rental agreements
- Cleaning, preparing, and quality-assuring vehicles, as well as handling minor damage
- Car delivery and daily planning of the station's available fleet

A requirement for the position is a valid driver's license (Category B) and proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Furthermore, we believe you are an administrative star with an aptitude for learning new systems quickly.
