We are now looking for several engaged and results-oriented salespeople for our stores across Stockholm who want to help both private and corporate customers find the right solutions while driving our business forward.
As part of our store team, you are crucial to our success. You are the personal expert who meets the customer, understands their needs, and turns them into a concrete business deal.
What you will do with us...
Your role is about putting the customer first and creating results through first-class advice and sales. You will:
- Ensure top-class customer experiences by building trust and offering relevant, complete solutions.
- Actively create new business opportunities – in-store and via phone, with a special focus on existing private and corporate customers.
- Take responsibility for the store's daily operations, routines, and campaign follow-up.
- Work to achieve your and the store's sales targets through proactive and needs-based advice regarding Tele2's entire portfolio.
- Contribute to the team's collective success by sharing knowledge, supporting your colleagues, and working together towards common goals.
What a day looks like with us – more than a regular store
Forget the idea of passively waiting at the checkout – your day starts together with the team, where you go through the day's goals and strategies. Once out in the store, your work is about proactively creating opportunities: you identify the customer's needs, build relationships, and take responsibility for guiding them all the way to a completed sale. You follow up with existing customers and make calls to find new corporate customers. Throughout the day, you and your colleagues constantly share tips, celebrate each other's successes, and coach one another. Every day is a new chance to reach your goals, contribute to the entire team's results, and have real fun at work.

Qualifications
- Requirements: Upper secondary education and fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
- You have turned 18 (According to AFS 2023:2 Chapter 5 Section 7 and Chapter 6 Section 8, you must be 18 years old to work with us).
- Merits: Previous experience from sales or service, an interest in technology, or good knowledge of English is a plus, but not a requirement.
