Join us! We are currently looking for night nurses who are interested in infectious disease care and want to become part of our team!

Tasks and Offer

Here you will meet an exciting patient group with acute infections. We have special isolation wards for patients requiring isolation and airborne precautions, covering a broad age range from 18 years and up. Some of our patients require higher monitoring levels, are connected to telemetry, or need high-flow therapy. This variety contributes to a stimulating and educational work environment where you have the opportunity to develop both practical skills and theoretical knowledge.

You will receive individual onboarding tailored to your conditions and wishes. The goal is for you to feel secure when taking independent patient responsibility. We have support functions that back you up in acute situations or when facing complex tasks. On the ward, we highly value collaboration! You will work at a clinic characterized by a good work climate.

We place great emphasis on education and competence development. Examples include weekly training afternoons for staff, infection-specific training days, and wound care courses.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with at least 2 years of experience in emergency care. Swedish language proficiency at level C1.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is confident, wants to work in a varied and exciting environment, and enjoys a fast pace. You have excellent teamwork skills and value collaboration with colleagues and patients, while also being self-reliant and able to work independently without problems. Since you have daily contact with patients, we expect you to be accommodating and have very good communication skills. Personal suitability is of great importance to us.

The most important thing for us working here is that our patients feel safe and secure and can trust that they are receiving the best possible care and treatment. We work towards this goal every day – together.
