What does the role entail?

In your work with Pågen's sales force, your overall responsibility is to supply our customers and shops with our fresh, high-quality products every day. You become part of an engaged team but work independently with the goal of driving sales in the stores you are responsible for. You will have a job that is varied, mobile, and enjoyable, as it involves a mix of sales and distribution tasks. You have many contact points, primarily with the customers you visit daily, but also with your colleagues. With a focus on business and results, we share the desire to get a little better every day.

• Visit the customers you are responsible for daily, selling and restocking our fresh products.
• Create conditions for good sales in the stores.
• Plan and execute sales activities/campaigns and follow up on results.

Who are you?

To succeed and thrive, you need to be social and enjoy a varied and eventful day where you take significant personal responsibility. You are receptive, easily build trust, and are driven by working towards set goals and creating results. You need to be flexible and have good planning skills and structure, focusing on quality and efficiency in all parts of your work.

You communicate well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and the position requires a B- or C-driver's license (YKB). We would appreciate if you have experience in retail and sales work, preferably within the food industry.
