About the role

We are now looking for an engaged and motivating Physiotherapist who wants to help build the Freefoot experience in our Stockholm store. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in daily operations and take active responsibility for the store's performance and customer experience. You are a natural educator who thrives in a role where high levels of service, sales, and teamwork meet.

We have a treatment and consultation room in the store to receive customers for consultations and treatments.

Your responsibilities

• Receive customers with foot or hip problems and assist them with exercises and rehabilitation.
• Ensure an engaging, motivating, and guiding customer experience.
• Contribute to meeting sales targets through active selling and trend analysis.
• Educate and motivate part-time staff.
• Ensure correct stock levels and product mix in the store together with the Store Manager.
• Participate in developing services for customer well-being.
• Keep the store attractive, well-organized, and clean.

This is initially a part-time position with the possibility of transitioning to full-time in September.

We are looking for you who

• Are newly graduated or have experience as a Physiotherapist or similar.
• Preferably have specialization in foot and hip and good knowledge of biomechanics and movement.
• Are service-oriented and customer-centric.
• Have the ability to engage and inspire colleagues and customers.
• Are structured and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
• Have an interest in health, movement, fashion, and shoes.
