About the Role

As an appointment setter, your main task is to contact potential clients and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact, laying the foundation for the business, while the sales team takes over to close the deal. You will work in a structured manner with clear processes, follow-ups, and ongoing coaching, focusing on both the number of scheduled meetings and their quality.

Previous experience in closing deals is not required. The most important qualities are comfort on the phone, strong drive, and a desire to develop.

Requirements

You are comfortable making calls and speaking with new people. You are accustomed to working towards goals and results. You possess discipline and strong motivation. You want to grow and eventually take on more responsibility. Previous experience in telemarketing or appointment setting is a plus but not a requirement.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with competitive pay per scheduled and completed meeting, offering excellent opportunities to build a strong income.
