About the role

You will work with advisory services and support for our programs among existing customers, as well as consultative sales towards new prospects to deliver the best customer value. Applications where we operate include water chemistry applications within the paper and pulp process, microbiological control, boiler water, and water treatment.

Responsibilities

Your tasks are varied and include, among other things:

  • Sales and service responsibility within your area.
  • Responsible for monitoring treatment programs, communication, and customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs, drive development projects, and implement process improvements.
  • Technical advisory and problem-solving in the customer's process.
  • Travel is part of the job (3-4 days per week at the customer site).

We are looking for you who

  • Have a technical and/or chemical education at university or college level, or alternatively relevant experience from working in the paper and pulp industry (e.g., as an operator).
  • As a person, you are analytical and well-organized, as the role requires you to structure your work independently from your home office.
  • You are driven and solution-focused, as the customer's needs are your top priority. This may also require you to roll up your sleeves and help the customer with simpler practical solutions in the field.
  • To thrive in this role, you understand the importance of good service, responsiveness, and building relationships.
  • As the role involves significant internal and external contact, you must be able to use Swedish and English fluently in both speech and writing.

Other requirements:

  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Ability to travel for work
