About the role:

As part of the team, you will work in a cleanroom environment where you handle production equipment, chemicals, and tools. Your tasks will include:

• Production: Manufacturing according to process documentation and specifications, requiring accuracy and precision.
• Quality Control: Conducting regular quality checks to ensure products meet set standards.
• Equipment Maintenance: Responsible for keeping production equipment in good condition through preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Documentation: Documenting and reporting on production processes to ensure traceability and follow up on any deviations.
• Collaboration: Working together with colleagues to improve production flow and ensure lead times are met, while contributing to a positive work environment.

Throughout the journey, you will receive training and support from competent mentors, allowing you to quickly become a valuable asset to the company.

Requirements for the role:

Previous experience in the process industry or as a process technician is advantageous, but we are looking for you with the following qualities:

• You speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
• You are ready to work in a sterile environment and enjoy it.
• You can work mornings, evenings, and nights.
• You have a willingness to learn and take pride in your work.
• You can concentrate for extended periods.
• You have a clean criminal record.

Working hours:

Shift work applies at this workplace, specifically intermittent 5-shift rotation.

You work a maximum of 30 hours per week but are paid as if you work full-time – This provides a perfect balance between work and leisure.
