Since 2012, Sodexo has provided logistics services, such as goods receiving, internal mail handling, as well as relocation and interior services, at AstraZeneca's fantastic facility in Mölndal.
We are now looking for an ambitious team player for the role of Relocation Manager. You will join a wonderful, inclusive, and engaged team that is passionate about delivering a high level of service.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Case management
- Planning and executing employee relocations
- Performing cable rectifications
- Planning and installing IT equipment
- Archiving and managing personal office materials during longer absences
- Responsible for 5S and replenishment of office materials in satellite storage
- Responsible for replenishing copy and printer paper for designated printers across the site
- Updating systems with relevant information
- Participating in and driving larger relocation projects
- Contributing to various projects and relevant meetings
- Supporting other colleagues within the department as needed
- Supporting and contributing to the department's work within LEAN/5S
- Supporting and contributing to the department's work in creating a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Completed upper secondary education
- Experience or education in administrative work, communication, and coordinating activities is an advantage
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- An advantage if you have a B-driver's license and forklift training (A, B & D)
- An advantage if you have experience in project management
