We are currently looking for an experienced and independent Construction Manager for a long-term full-time position starting immediately. The assignment covers work within real estate, land, and water and sewage systems, and is ideal for you who have substantial experience leading and coordinating projects in complex environments.

As a Construction Manager, you are responsible for driving and following up on contractors from planning through to implementation and completion. You will work closely with the client, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

You must have 10–15 years of experience in infrastructure work and be able to provide specific project references. Examples include new construction of streets and squares or the installation of new water and sewage pipelines.

You are administratively competent and accustomed to working in digital systems. You have strong skills in documentation, follow-up, and reporting.

You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Contract forms: AB04 or ABT06.
