We are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility for the bar, not just for what is served in the glasses, but for the feeling surrounding the entire experience. You are confident in service, enjoy a fast pace, and have a natural ability to create energy around you without it feeling forced. You pay attention to details, but you also understand that it is the overall experience that the guest remembers.

As a Bar Manager, you are present in the operations and lead by being an integral part of the service. You enjoy building teams, coaching colleagues, and creating a work environment where people thrive and develop. You have an eye for quality, structure, and flow, while remaining flexible when the evening takes a new direction.

We believe you are a person who enjoys meeting people and understands the rhythm of a lively restaurant. You are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and enjoy it when there is a lot happening around you – music, guests, bar buzz, and late nights.

Scope: Full-time
