About the role:

As a warehouse assistant, you will handle the flow of goods in the warehouse, from receiving deliveries to packing orders for Apotea's customers. You will become an important part of ensuring that thousands of packages reach the right person at the right time. The work is physically active and varied, and you won't be sitting still!

Your tasks may include:

• Receiving and registering incoming deliveries
• Picking and packing customer orders with high precision
• Ensuring that outbound deliveries are handled according to Apotea's customer promise: fast, cheap, and free shipping
• Working in our modern warehouse management systems
• Contributing to a smooth workflow and improvements in daily operations

What we are looking for:

We are looking for you who have another engagement of at least 50% (This is a requirement), for example studies or a part-time job, and who want and can be available for at least 1-3 shifts per week. We have a particularly large need for employees who can work evening and weekend shifts, but we also offer daytime shifts on weekdays.

You are:

• Physically fit, detail-oriented, and like keeping the pace up
• Flexible and used to taking responsibility
• A team player who also works well independently
• Confident in the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Interested in technology and logistics flows – you like to understand how things work

Meritorious:

• Previous experience from warehousing or logistics

Conditions:

• Scope: 1-3 shifts per week
• Working hours: Daytime, evening, and weekends (primarily need for evenings and weekends)
• Location: Apotea's logistics center in Varberg
• Requirements: You must have another main engagement of at least 50% (certificate required) and be available for at least 1–3 shifts per week
• Employment: Via Kila People. You work on-site at Apotea
• Start: Immediately, or as agreed
• Background check is conducted before employment
