Summer Temp: Administrator focused on Orders & Invoicing
Location: A and K Export and Import (Aktradehouse), Jordbro
Period: Week 27–31 (5 weeks)
Scope: Full-time
Are you looking for a responsible summer job where you oversee the entire chain from incoming order to paid invoice? We are looking for a detail-oriented administrator who thrives on both number crunching and customer contact. Previous experience in the food industry is a plus, and knowledge of foreign goods is an even greater advantage as we exclusively work with imported food.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will support our operations by ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly. Your main tasks will include:
- Logistics & Control: Match physical delivery notes against the system and perform daily order checks.
- Invoicing: Correct and send out invoices to both end customers and finance companies.
- Accounting: Manage customer accounts receivable and send payment reminders when necessary.
- Contact: Serve as the face of the company on the phone and maintain ongoing contact with our customers and suppliers.
Who Are You?
>To thrive in this role, you are someone who loves order and structure. You identify what needs to be done and are not afraid to pick up the phone to clarify ambiguities.
- You are comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new programs. We work with Visma, Outlook, Office, and WhatsApp.
- You are meticulous with numbers and details (delivery notes and invoices must match!).
- You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Studies in economics or previous experience in similar administrative roles is a significant plus.
What We Offer
An intensive and educational summer at a workplace with short decision-making paths. You will receive a thorough one-week training on our systems and routines before taking over responsibility during the holiday weeks. Working hours are 08:00–17:00. There may be an opportunity to extend your stay if there is a need for it.
