As a care assistant at Linné Home Care in Ljungby, you work with helping our care recipients in their homes. The tasks vary but may include:

Personal Care – Assistance with hygiene, showering, and dressing. Household Chores – Cleaning, laundry, shopping, and cooking. Accompaniment & Social Interaction – Walks, conversations, and activities. Medical Interventions – After delegation from a nurse. Documentation – Writing and reporting interventions digitally.

Scope: 100% Employment Type: 6-month probationary period with the possibility of permanent employment. Working Hours: 07:00 – 16:00, 13:00 – 21:00. Weekend work is included according to the schedule.

Start: Immediately or as agreed.

• Are a trained care assistant (required).

• Want to work to make daily life secure and meaningful for our care recipients.

• Are flexible and thrive with varying workdays.

• Have a B driver's license and can cycle.

• Have good Swedish skills in speech and writing.

• Are responsible, positive, and have good teamwork skills.

Requirements: Care assistant education and extract from the criminal record register.

In this role, you work in an operation that involves interventions in people's homes. Therefore, register check according to law (2026:43) will be conducted in the recruitment process.

This means that the final candidate must present extracts from the criminal record and suspicion register before employment can begin.
