Job Description

As Unit Manager/Operations Manager, you are responsible for the daily operation of the municipality's properties as well as the development of the business. You are responsible for personnel, budget, and results, and work both strategically and operationally.

You lead an operations department with approximately 10 employees and also work with parts of property management, such as maintenance planning, follow-up, and dialogue with businesses and tenants.

The role includes:

• Leading, planning, and following up on operations
• Being responsible for personnel, budget, and results
• Working with maintenance plans
• Ensuring energy-efficient and sustainable operations
• Collaborating with internal and external parties
• Working with procurement and contracts

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• Relevant post-secondary education in property, technology, or equivalent experience
• Experience in operations and/or property management
• Good economic understanding
• Ability to communicate clearly and create trust

It is meritorious if you have:

• Previous leadership experience
• Knowledge of LOU (Public Procurement Act)
