The Role

As a salesperson at PBS, you work proactively to contact new customers via phone and handle interested leads coming in through the web and partners. The goal is to offer our package solutions that help car owners protect their vehicles.

This is a job for you who enjoy interacting with people, thrive on taking responsibility, and are motivated by success. We will train you in both the product and sales techniques.

Your Responsibilities:

• Call car owners based on target group
• Present PBS security solutions clearly and confidently
• Follow up on leads coming in via the website and partners
• Handle customer inquiries and provide guidance
• Create orders and document sales in our system
• Contribute ideas for improvement and customer benefit
• Represent PBS with energy and professionalism

We are looking for someone who…

• Enjoys talking to people
• Is positive, driven, and goal-oriented
• Can work independently but appreciates a team spirit
• Has the desire to develop within sales
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken & written) (other languages are a plus)

Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage – but not a requirement. The most important thing is your drive and attitude!
