We are currently looking for staff who can start an introduction period immediately, with the possibility of a permanent position after the introduction.

I live in Borgsjöbyn and would appreciate it if you had the opportunity to get here on your own, as public transport is limited.

About You

We are looking for someone who is positive, empathetic, and capable of working independently. You take responsibility, are flexible, and can make your own decisions. Sensitivity, respect for others' lifestyles, and a solution-oriented attitude are important qualities. Social competence and personal maturity are highly valued.

Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.

About the Job

As my assistant, you will support me in everyday life, both in my home and when I am out. The tasks include, among other things:

• Walking
• Cooking
• Cleaning
• Personal hygiene

Shifts are scheduled during day, evening, and night hours. Working hours vary between 24-hour shifts 08:00–06:00, day shifts 08:00–17:00, and evening/night shifts 18:00–06:00, both on weekdays and weekends, with on-call duty during the night.

You do not need specific healthcare education, but it is an advantage. The most important thing is that we work well together. Please note that there are animals in the home, so you should not be allergic.
