Responsibilities

We work from a person-centered approach to ensure high-quality care and secure support. As a summer substitute, you will perform nursing and care tasks based on the customer's needs and assistance decisions, in accordance with current guidelines and legislation. Documentation, reporting, and delegated tasks from home healthcare services are included.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience within home care services.

We would also appreciate it if you have relevant experience within disability support.

You are flexible, responsible, and able to work both independently and in a team. You communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
