For the fifth year in a row, Made for Sales has been tasked with finding two junior and goal-oriented inside sales representatives for the sales team – and we hope it will be you! We are looking for someone who has just graduated or perhaps has worked for a year or so after graduation. This assignment is perfect for you who are at the beginning of your career and want to gain sales experience for your CV and become excellent at initiating contact over the phone.

The assignment as an inside sales representative starts with introductory training on September 7th and runs until December 23rd, full-time 37.5 hours/week.

You will work with Edenred's Christmas sales in the form of the gift card, Delicard. Delicard is a popular and advantageous gift card that employers can give as Christmas presents to their employees and customers, where the recipient can choose their own gifts in a portal. You will sell to both existing recurring customers and initiate new contacts.

Is this you?

We are looking for you who are comfortable using the phone as your primary tool and who dare to challenge yourself. Furthermore, you find it easy to collaborate with others while also taking the initiative to solve tasks. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. You are positive, social, competitive, and have the desire to strive towards achieving personal as well as team goals. There is no requirement that you have worked with telephone sales previously, as you will receive a full week of sales training at the start of the assignment where you will learn everything about contact initiation, needs analysis, presentation, and closing.

You will be part of a sales team that works in a goal-oriented and focused manner, where you will receive plenty of coaching and encouragement to reach your and the team's goals. Your main focus will be to contact customers over the phone to present and sell Delicard as a Christmas gift. In addition to contacting existing customers, you will also call new customers.

You are offered a developmental role where you get the opportunity to sharpen your ability to initiate contact with customers over the phone. Edenred gives you an excellent introduction with company-specific training in sales, customer service, and handling. After your 3.5 months as an inside sales representative, you will have built valuable experience that makes you even more attractive on the job market. The assignment includes a good base salary and excellent opportunities for a good commission.

The work is performed on-site at Edenred in Liljeholmen, in bright and beautiful premises together with inspiring colleagues and managers who help you develop.

The assignment is fixed-term and will start on September 7th and run until December 23rd.
