Administrator for real estate agency Innerstadsspecialisten in central Stockholm.

Do you want to become part of a professional real estate team in central Stockholm? We are now looking for a meticulous and service-oriented administrator for our office at Birger Jarlsgatan 73.

We are an established real estate agency specializing in the sale of condominiums in central Stockholm since 1995. Currently, about 10 employees, including 8 real estate agents, work at our large and pleasant office with a fast pace and good team spirit.

About the position

As an administrator, you will play a central role in our daily operations, working closely with our agents to ensure that every sales process maintains high quality and runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Assist agents with sales preparations; gather information and prepare advertisements
• Assist and prepare for property handovers
• Collect and coordinate statistics for weekly and monthly meetings
• Manage switchboard and office email
• Standard administrative and office-related tasks
• Support agents in their daily work

We are looking for someone who

• Is structured, meticulous, and responsible
• Has strong administrative skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Is service-oriented and solution-focused
• Has good computer skills
• Previous experience with the real estate system Vitec Express, marketing tool Broker, handover portal Tambur, and Office programs is an advantage.
• Previous experience from the real estate industry or administrative roles is an advantage.

Working hours

Weekdays 08:30–17:30 at our office at Birger Jarlsgatan 73.
