About the role
We are now looking for a Key Account Manager within the military segment in the Nordic region. This is a role for you who wants to work closely with strategic customers, drive business with high complexity, and build long-term partnerships. You have clear business responsibility and are the hub between the customer and the organization – supported by both Nordic and global teams.
Location: Michelin's office in Stockholm. We see that you are residing in the Stockholm area to be close to both the office and our customers. Business travel occurs approximately 30–40%, primarily within the Nordic region.
Your mission
- Be responsible for selected key customers within the military segment in the Nordic region
- Drive and lead contract negotiations at national and Nordic levels
- Be the customer's main contact for technical, commercial, and contractual matters
- Develop, implement, and follow up on customer plans and KPIs
- Coordinate internally with sales, supply chain, pricing, and management
- Build long-term and strategic customer relationships
Your profile
We are looking for you who is business-driven, structured, and confident in dialogue with engaged customers.
- Post-secondary education in engineering or economics (or equivalent experience)
- Experience from the Swedish Armed Forces/FMV or similar operations (e.g., background as an officer)
- An established network in the area is advantageous
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to deliver results
- Accustomed to working independently and with clear goals
- Fluent in Swedish and English
Extra plus: Experience with Salesforce and/or Finnish language skills.
