You will step into a strategic key role at a player in the energy sector where several digitalization and system renewal initiatives are underway simultaneously. The focus is on creating a cohesive and long-term sustainable IT/OT architecture for business-critical environments, particularly within electricity grid operations, control systems, and business systems.

Here, you will translate complex dependencies between SCADA, ADMS, ERP, and other central business systems into a clear target vision that can be used for leadership and control. The role is advisory and strategic, with an emphasis on analysis, prioritization, and decision support rather than implementation and technical detailed design. • You identify and describe central business capabilities and main processes from a future perspective.
• You create cohesion between parallel initiatives and help the business reduce overlaps, dependencies, and sub-optimization.
• You develop architecture principles and an overarching target architecture for capabilities, information, and the system landscape.
• You analyze system roles, responsibilities, and boundaries between business systems and other business-critical solutions.
• You map the current state, integrations, and information exchanges to clarify risks, critical dependencies, and gaps against the target vision.
• You formulate recommendations regarding governance, prioritization, and next steps, and present the material to leadership and steering groups.
• You produce documentation and decision support materials that work for both technical and business-oriented stakeholders.

• Experience in architecture and/or solution design within the energy sector, preferably with an understanding of system support for electricity grid operations and control such as SCADA and ADMS.
• Experience in business-oriented IT architecture with a capability- and process-oriented approach within Enterprise Architecture.
• Experience in developing target visions or target architectures and decision support materials directed at the management level.
• Experience in mapping complex system landscapes, integrations, and information exchanges.
• Proficiency in working in environments with parallel initiatives and dependencies, and in creating cohesion and prioritization.
• Experience in analyzing and clarifying system roles and boundaries between business systems and other business-critical systems.
• Experience with integration issues and architectural stances regarding information exchange between business systems.
• Very good ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Swedish.

• Broad experience from the energy sector or other regulated and society-critical operations.
• Experience in architecture and/or solution design in connection with procurement and requirement setting for business-critical systems.
• Experience in architecture and/or solution design related to ERP.
• Experience in working in early project phases with a clear link to procurement and the creation of requirement specifications.
