You, Us & The Job

As a van driver at PostNord, you are irreplaceable. You find the way, and your job is a journey towards climate-neutral freight transport. Transport is essential to reach all of Sweden, and we take responsibility from south to north, from rural areas to big cities. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact, and you will be a key part of this by, among other things, being trained in fuel-efficient driving. Together, we are working to become fossil-free by 2030.

Are you a student or have another job and want to work extra? This is a job for you if you are flexible, as shifts are usually offered with short notice. You will work between 0 and 60% of a full-time position and will be offered shifts on weekdays from 16:15–21:45, and Saturdays from 10:00–15:30. We are looking for someone available for 3–4 shifts per week. The estimated start date is week 36, and you will be based out of Häradsvägen 253.

What you will do

• Loading, picking up, and distributing packages.
• Meeting our customers where they are. Whether they are agents, private, or business customers.

Who you are

• Curious and self-reliant: A large part of the job is done alone, but team spirit is important.
• Patient & secure: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You keep the balance.
• Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are keywords. So is orderliness and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time.
• Have good physical fitness: Yes, you are sitting while driving, but you need to be able to handle loads when picking up and delivering. For this, you need good strength and mobility.
• Adaptable: Unplanned events require flexibility.
• Service-oriented: Customer relationships require the right attitude and empathy.
• You are unique: We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

What you bring with you

• A high school diploma, or currently in your final year of high school.
• A Category B driver's license and experience driving cars.
• Swedish language skills in both speech and writing.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to find solutions.
