About the role

As a team leader, you are one of two team leaders in the operation and have a central role in leading and following up on the daily work. You work closely with the employees and are a support in everyday life. You act as a link between the work team and the operations manager, contributing to creating structure and clarity in the operation.

In the operation, there are two Logistics and Resource Coordinators responsible for overall planning and follow-up. As a team leader, you instead have a clear focus on the employees, leadership, and the quality of care. You collaborate closely with the planners and the operations manager to ensure that the operation runs well and that our customers receive secure and safe care.

You exercise present leadership by following up on the work in the operation, supporting and guiding employees in their tasks, and creating good conditions for professional care work. The role is varied and requires that you can plan, prioritize, and make decisions in daily work. Some of your main tasks:

  • Plan, lead, and follow up on the daily work in the operation, including daily staffing and resource allocation.
  • Provide close leadership for employees by coaching, mentoring, and following up on work in everyday life.
  • Be responsible for assigned personnel and working environment tasks, such as onboarding new employees, recruiting hourly substitutes, and conducting employee interviews.
  • Ensure quality in care work through follow-up of implementation plans and customer contacts.
  • Contribute to developing the operation by implementing routines and working with systematic improvement work in close collaboration with planners and the operations manager.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date according to agreement. Our operation is located throughout Sollentuna Municipality, and your workplace is in premises centrally located at Sollentuna Center.

About you

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

  • Nursing assistant education with a protected professional title.
  • Category B driver's license.
  • Good knowledge of home care and the Social Services Act (SoL), as well as understanding of how regulations and routines should be applied in daily work.
  • Documented experience and good results in creating collaboration, engagement, and pride in the work group.
  • Experience in leadership and the ability to plan, prioritize, and follow up on work in the operation.
  • Ability to lead and motivate employees and create participation and engagement in the work group.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

It is meritorious if you have completed a leadership training course.

As a person, you are structured and secure in your leadership and have the ability to create clarity in everyday life. You are present in the operation and follow up on work together with employees. You communicate clearly and build good relationships, while also daring to take responsibility and make decisions when needed. You contribute to good collaboration and actively work to create engagement and joy in work in the work group.
