Your Role

In the role of Quality Director, you lead an experienced team of approximately 12 people and operate in close collaboration with R&D, purchasing, and production. You will become a key person in developing our processes and ensuring that we deliver products of the highest quality. You report to the CEO and take a seat on the management team.

Your responsibilities will include among other things:

• Lead and develop quality and environmental work in line with the company's strategy, customer requirements, and legislation.
• Ensure and further develop our management systems and certifications.
• Drive improvement work within methods and systems for quality and environment.
• Handle customer and supplier complaints and plan and follow up on actions.
• Be responsible for internal and external audits and represent the company at customer and authority audits.
• Stop production in case of quality or environmental deficiencies that conflict with defined requirements.
• Report results and performance in quality and environment to management and authorities.
• Participate in customer and supplier certifications.
• Work with international contacts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have already established yourself as a clear leader in quality and environment in an industrial context, preferably with experience from automotive and an international environment. You have good knowledge of relevant standards and certifications and are used to working close to the operations and taking responsibility for ideas quickly becoming reality.

As a leader, you are trustworthy and receptive, but also clear in your expectations. You have the integrity to stand firm when required and the courage to challenge, whether internally or in dialogue with customers and suppliers.

You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English and have a natural ability to create engagement, build teams, and develop both people and ways of working over time.
