Sky Hotel Malmö City is now looking for an engaged and responsible Night Receptionist to join our team.
The position is a permanent employment at 82%, according to the HRF collective agreement.
You will work according to a rolling schedule where you work 7 nights and have 7 nights off, which suits you if you appreciate structure and longer periods of continuous leave.
As a Night Receptionist, you are responsible for the hotel during the night, and your duties include among other things:
- Guest check-in and check-out
- Handling of bookings and administrative tasks
- Ensuring safety and service during the night hours
- Preparations for the coming day
- Light cleaning and supervision of public areas as needed
We are looking for you who:
- Have previous experience working in hotel reception or a similar service role (required)
- Speak and write fluent Swedish and English (required)
- Are responsible, self-motivated, and confident working alone
- Have good problem-solving skills and a strong service mindset
- Enjoy working nights and can handle varying tasks
