At Cadier Bar, everyone finds a home, whether they are Stockholm locals or hotel guests. This grandiose bar hosts after-work gatherings, informal meetings, and festive evenings bubbling with champagne and exciting cocktails. Here, our guests enjoy either a stunning view of the Stockholm strait and the Royal Palace, or classic intimacy in the heart of the bar. We offer à la carte breakfast, lunch, and Afternoon Tea, in addition to a complete à la carte menu. The bar is open nearly 24/7 year-round, with the exception of a few hours at night between approximately 02:00 and 07:00. The bar is named after Régis Cadier, the French chef and founder of the hotel.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In the role of Server, you will work at Cadier Bar and deliver five-star service on the floor. You work independently and professionally. You are knowledgeable, quick, organized, efficient, and have a trained eye for detail. You are passionate about delivering personalized and attentive service that exceeds our guests' high expectations.

We are now looking for a qualified and experienced Server for a full-time position at the bar. Working hours are primarily scheduled during day and evening shifts, seven days a week, including weekends. For the right person, this will be both developmental and rewarding, and above all, very fun.

WHO ARE YOU?

• As a person, you are positive, structured, and passionate.
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in service. We prefer candidates with international experience and experience from establishments with a very high standard and a worldly clientele.
• You can independently take charge of a station and manage it. You have previous experience leading and distributing tasks to runners/busboys.
• You possess good knowledge of food and beverage pairings.
• You have documented education in the profession or equivalent documented experience.
• You speak good Swedish and English. Additional languages in this international environment are of course a plus.
