We are partnering with a rapidly growing tech company in a strong expansion phase. They already have established brands among their customers and a strong market position. The company is on an exciting growth journey, and the commercial organization is now being strengthened further.

At this stage, we are looking for a driven field sales representative who wants to take a key role in the commercial team and actively contribute to driving the company's continued expansion.

About the Role

As a field sales representative, you have overall responsibility for the entire sales process, from prospecting and initial contact to client meetings, needs analysis, quotes, and closing. You actively work on acquiring new customers, own your own pipeline, and drive business forward with structure, pace, and energy.

The role involves ongoing dialogue and meetings with decision-makers, both digitally and physically at the customer's location. You work closely with the commercial team, and as the company grows, there are excellent opportunities to influence how sales develop.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Is accustomed to driving deals from initial contact to closing
  • Has experience with prospecting and active new customer acquisition
  • Thrives in customer interactions via phone, digital meetings, and physical visits
  • Works in a structured, goal-oriented manner with a strong focus on results
  • Has the ability to quickly build trust with decision-makers

Meritorious Qualifications

  • Experience in proactive field sales at a high pace
  • Background in sectors such as hospitality or real estate
  • Technical understanding from industries such as manufacturing, construction, ventilation, or plumbing
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
