Edo Care and Residential Home is located in Farsta and offers care and support to elderly people with both somatic needs and dementia. The operations work from a person-centered approach where the individual's needs, safety, and dignity are in focus.

What we offer

We are currently looking for assistant nurses for on-call employment at our dementia-focused wards during the summer vacation period. We would prefer that you are available to work during July and August.

Your role

As an assistant nurse, you work with providing support, care, and service to elderly people based on their individual needs and conditions. The work involves among other things:

• providing personal care and support in daily activities
• working from a person-centered approach
• contributing to a safe and meaningful daily life for the residents
• documenting according to current legislation and the organization's routines
• collaborating with colleagues and licensed staff

The work requires a professional attitude and good teamwork.

Your skills and experience

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• are trained as an assistant nurse
• have experience working in elderly care
• have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• have experience with documentation

Experience of working in dementia care is an advantage.

Personal qualities

As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and have a genuine interest in working with people. You have a good attitude towards others and contribute to a positive work climate.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
