We are looking for staff for our highly regarded School Restaurant

Bollerup Agricultural Institute and Nature-Based Upper Secondary School is run by a foundation and is one of Sweden's largest school farms and a successful nature-based upper secondary school.

Bollerup Nature-Based Upper Secondary School is an independent upper secondary school offering nature-based programs with a focus on horses or agriculture, as well as vocational introduction programs. Bollerup operates a full-scale farm and stud farm. We have dairy, beef, pork, and crop production, as well as breeding of cattle, pigs, and horses. Bollerup is beautifully located in the heart of Österlen.

We are now looking for you who want to become part of the team in our highly regarded School Restaurant.

About the role

Here, you will work in an inspiring environment where our students and employees are at the center. You will become an important part of an engaged kitchen team, where you together create delicious and nutritious food every day.

Your duties will include, among other things:

• prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner
• participate in preparations, cleaning, and other routines in the kitchen
• contribute to a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant

We place great importance on your interpersonal skills – you are service-oriented, social, and enjoy meeting students, colleagues, and guests.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• has experience from a kitchen, restaurant, or institutional catering – or relevant education
• is engaged, proactive, and solution-oriented
• has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a team
• holds a valid driver's license (Category B)

Employment

• The position is a maternity leave replacement for approximately 1 year
• Working hours: daytime with varying schedules, Monday–Friday
• Start date: September 2026
• A certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record) must be presented before employment as we are a school.
