About the workplace

When one of our appreciated colleagues goes on parental leave, we are now looking for a new colleague for a longer term temporary position.

Here, approximately 36 permanent employees work together with a stable group of experienced hourly-paid nurses. Together, we work to offer safe, secure, and person-centered care to patients registered in municipal primary care.

Job Responsibilities

As a nurse, you play a central role in the municipal health and medical care mission. The work involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration within a team. You meet patients with varying needs and medical conditions, which provides a varied job and the opportunity to develop broad competence.

The placement may be in specialized housing or ordinary housing, where the work is carried out through home visits or via delegated tasks to care staff.

The assignment includes:

• Leading and being responsible for medical work
• Making independent assessments and planning healthcare interventions
• Collaborating with internal and external actors
• Documentation and follow-up
• Working with deviations and contributing to quality development
• Mentoring, delegating to, and training care staff
• Identifying and preventing risks in care
• Mapping patient needs and working in a person-centered manner

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse and thrive in a role where you combine independent responsibility with teamwork.

You are confident in your professional role, structured in your work, and have a professional and attentive approach to people. We also see that you are independent, flexible, and solution-focused with good communication skills.

A specialist nurse in District Nursing is an advantage.

Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

A B-driver's license is required.
