Job Responsibilities

As a property caretaker, you work closely with the customer. It is your task to maintain existing customer relationships and establish new contacts. You have daily contact with tenants and property owners to provide them with the service they need.

Your duties will include, among other things:

• Maintenance and cleaning of external areas
• Gardening
• Corrective measures
• Carrying out minor improvement works
• Property rounds/inspections

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Upper secondary education
• Education or experience in property maintenance or similar industries
• Good computer literacy
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

As a property caretaker with us, you are committed and appreciate order and structure. You have the ability to work proactively and ensure that things look neat and clean. For you, service and a sense of responsibility are second nature, and you are comfortable working independently. You like to maintain a high pace without compromising on quality.
