We are looking for a driven and structured foreman who wants to help develop our workshop and ensure an efficient, high-quality, and well-planned workflow. In this role, you will be the hub of our daily operations and a key link between mechanics, planning, and other functions within the company.

As a foreman, you are responsible for leading, distributing, and following up on work in the workshop. You ensure that planning is maintained, that the right resources are available, and that work proceeds according to schedule and quality standards. You are present in the workshop, create structure in daily life, and serve as support for both new and experienced mechanics.

The work covers everything from service and maintenance to advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs of our trucks and buses. Therefore, you need to have technical understanding, a solution-oriented approach, and the ability to make decisions when needed.

Your skills and qualifications

• Vocational education in vehicle technology.
• Experience with heavy vehicles or buses.
• Advantageous: High voltage/electric vehicle competence.
• Advantageous: AC certificate and/or CNG training.
• Previous leadership experience or a natural ability to take responsibility.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills and fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• Category B driver's license (C/D is advantageous).
