Responsibilities

As a Crane Truck Driver at Orefields Group, you will handle a broad range of transport and material handling tasks. You are responsible for delivering goods, equipment, and materials where they are needed within the operation – everything from traffic control devices and closure materials to deliveries to workshops and various project sites.

The work is varied and combines driving with practical tasks where you use the crane for loading, unloading, and positioning materials. You play a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly in the field, requiring you to be solution-oriented and flexible, as workdays can vary depending on needs.

You work on a 7/7 rotation schedule, meaning you work intensively for one week and then have a week off, with shift work taking place in a different location. During your shifts, you operate within the municipality and collaborate with both colleagues and external parties. You often work independently but always as part of a larger team.

Requirements for the position:

• Class C Driver's License
• Valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC/YKB)
• Crane license for truck-mounted cranes (over 18 ton-meters)

Meritorious qualifications include:

• Experience working with crane trucks
• ADR Certificate
• Work on Road (APV) certification
• Forklift license or training in safe lifting
