The Role of ST Physician

We are looking for an ST physician (Specialist Training Physician) in general medicine. The position is a permanent full-time (100%) employment, but the extent of employment can be discussed based on preferences. Start date is by agreement.

Your Future Workplace

This position is based at Rosenhälsan with a location in Tenhult. At Bra Liv Tenhult Primary Care Centre, we have competent and friendly colleagues, and accessibility is high. Today, we have four specialists, and we are now looking for an ST physician. We have approximately 4,600 registered patients. Our goal is "Better health for all," which should permeate every interaction with patients and among colleagues. We achieve this by showing care, thinking holistically, and creating quality.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Swedish medical license and good knowledge of the Swedish language (at least C1 level).
• Can work independently but also collaboratively with various professional groups.
• Is engaged and responsible, understanding the importance of good patient interaction.
• Is flexible and wants to develop and improve operations together with us.
• Embraces new knowledge and can serve as a knowledge resource for your colleagues.
• Can adapt your work, interaction, and approach based on the patient and situation.
• Wishes to contribute to creating participation and a good work environment through good collaboration with management and colleagues.
• Has a valid driver's license.

As an ST physician, your training plan is developed in collaboration between you, your supervisor, manager, and study director. At our centre, you receive continuous supervision from experienced district physicians. ST physicians in the healthcare area meet regularly with the study director. We are very proud of our ST program. Collaboration with Futurum (Region Jönköping County's research and education unit) and Qulturum (the region's unit for business development and improvements) also makes it possible to develop within research or towards a future leadership role.
