About the role of Assistant Nurse

As an assistant nurse, you work in a team-based manner to provide good, person-centered care. Through an individualized approach, we base our work on the residents' perspectives. We strive for our employees to feel involved, proud, and responsible for the operations we conduct.

We are looking for assistant nurses for permanent positions with working hours between 83–90%. The schedule includes both day and evening shifts, as well as every other weekend. We apply a 6-month probationary period. Start date and salary are negotiable.

About the nursing home Poesin

Poesin is located peacefully and beautifully in nature in Saltsjö-Boo (Nacka). The facility consists of 60 apartments distributed over three floors, offering modern, fresh, and well-planned premises. Our beautiful natural surroundings allow for outdoor activities year-round!

You can reach us by bus from Orminge Centrum towards Hasseludden. For those arriving by car, free staff parking is available.

Requirements:

• Educated assistant nurse according to the Riksdag's decision on the protected professional title for assistant nurses.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

During the interview, submitted information regarding the protected title is checked against the HOSP registry.
