About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager for direct recruitment for our client DSV. As an Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the daily operations on-site and ensure that the business is conducted with high quality, clear processes, and a strong focus on safety. You will become an important leader with responsibility for both people and operations, where you will initially lead a team of seven employees. In addition, approximately five security guards will be on-site daily as part of the operation's security work.

We are looking for you who have a genuine and well-developed safety mindset and who see the importance of working in a structured and careful manner. You are a person who follows routines, has a high sense of responsibility, and thrives in a role where safety and order are crucial success factors. The role also requires good administrative skills and a structured approach to work.

We would like you to have:

• Very good understanding of security work and security routines
• High attention to detail and a structured approach to work
• Good administrative skills
• Fluent English in speech and writing as all communication with the customer takes place in English
• Experience in leadership and personnel responsibility
• Ability to create clarity, security, and structure in the operation

As the position involves work within a security-classified operation, a security clearance will be conducted as part of the recruitment process. This includes, among other things, control of the criminal record register and a review of the work background for the past seven years.
