CityMail delivers mail and packages to approximately 6 million private individuals and companies in Sweden. We are now looking for more colleagues in Katrineholm.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old.

• Has basic knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

• Enjoys physical work.

• Is comfortable driving vehicles for which you hold a license/permit (bicycle, moped, car).

It is an advantage if you have a B-driver's license or a moped permit. It is also an advantage if you have experience from similar work, but for us, your background is not the most important factor. We value your commitment, attention to detail, and attitude towards work, and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities during the recruitment process.

What does a working day look like?

The operations are open on weekdays without holidays. Working hours are distributed between 10:00–18:30.

• The working day begins with preparations for the day's delivery, where you and your colleagues sort the day's mail and packages.

• Afterwards, the delivery takes place in the area. We primarily use electric bicycles during delivery, but you may also use a car, moped, or regular bicycle depending on which delivery route you have for the day.

• Once all letters and packages have been delivered, you return to the office and finish with administration and preparation for the next day's work together with your colleagues.

Employment Type

The position is a so-called hourly employment where each shift constitutes a separate fixed-term employment. You will work with varying hours and scope, depending on the day and needs. We would like you to be available to work up to full-time during daytime hours. To ensure you have the right conditions for success, the employment begins with an introduction.

Salary

Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreement. A salary ladder applies to both permanent and hourly employees. Starting salary/hour is 150 SEK (incl. 12% holiday pay), which corresponds to 134 SEK (excl. 12% holiday pay).
